Grieve in a collective space facilitated by the Madison Death Collective and Anastasia Coppola, LCSW (she/her). Hosted in the MDC Art Space inside of the Eastmorland Community Center, attendees can expect unlimited hot cocoa and tea, grounding practices, and facilitated journaling and discussion.

About the event
Grieve in a collective space facilitated by Anastasia Coppola, LCSW (she/her). Hosted in the MDC Art Space inside of the Eastmorland Community Center.
This gathering is offered as a place for people to slow down, notice their anger, sadness, fear, and numbness, and move into grief. Grief is inherent to life. Being in the practice of grief supports us to be with what is. When we can practice that, the energy of grief can be moved, and we can respond from our centers, with grounding and clarity.
